Are your services really free?
Yes! My services to you are free of charge! You only pay what you would need to book. I get paid from my host agency after you complete your trip. Using me as your travel agent is completely risk-free!
What is the benefit of using a travel agent when I can book online or call myself?
I love this question. The truth is there has never been a better time to book with a Disney travel agent. With changes happening at a rapid pace, it’s important to book your vacation with someone who will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions along the way. When you use me to book, you don't have to wait on hold to speak to me, and you won't be talking to someone different each time. You can call, text, or email me at any time of day. I will get to know your party on a personal level so you will feel like more than a client, but a friend! I also have access to special offers to ensure you are getting the best deal. I keep up to date with the latest Disney news, so at a moments notice I can inform you of updates on health screenings, refurbishments, park hours, and other circumstances that may impact your vacation. You won't have to lift a finger!
How do I get started with you as my travel agent?
The easiest way to get started is complete the free-quote questionnaire. Click here to access the form. Once it is submitted I will respond with up to 3 quotes to choose from and explain how they compare. If you choose one of the options, only a $200 deposit is required to book. From then on, I am at your service! I can create personalized itineraries, answer questions, reserve dining, and so much more!
I already booked directly through Disney, can I still use a travel agent?
Guests who book direct and want to transfer their reservation to a me must complete this form. (Adobe PDF) Transfer of reservations which are not paid in full may be requested within 30 days of the initial booking. Any requested transfer is subject to Disney's approval in Disney's sole discretion. Reservations which are paid in full are not eligible for a transfer request.
How do you take payments?
For your security, please do not send credit card information via email. With your verbal consent, all transactions will be obtained over the phone in real time (at time of purchase). No payment information will be stored.
What if I want to know the costs but am not ready to book?
There is no obligation after completing the Free Quote questionnaire! However, if you do would like to book but aren't ready to pay you can hold your reservation (which holds the room) for 3 days without payment on file. For packages and room reservations booked within the final payment due date, you are able to hold a package reservation for one day.
What is your cancellation policy?
I follow the same cancelation guidelines as Disney allows. You can cancel package reservations up to 1 day before arrival. You can cancel room-only reservations online up to the day of check-in, as long as your reservation has not been checked in. Please note that cancellation fees may apply. You can also add on travel insurance, providing travel dates are more than 30 days and only deposit has been paid.
Why do I need the My Disney Experience app?
In order to reserve any dining on Disney property, I will require your login credentials for your MDE account. I cannot create an account for you. This is to ensure all reservations are associated with you and your party. It will also give you the freedom to cancel or modify plans as you see fit. Having the MDE app grants you easy access to all of your vacation plans, confirmation numbers, and park maps. You can also use the Disney Genie service to update your park plans in real time in case of inclement weather or if an attraction goes down unexpectedly. Genie+ services will also be available for purchase of Lightning Lane entries.
